Since 2005, Shane and Ashley Giles have repaired, maintained and installed heating and cooling systems for homes and businesses in Athens, Cleveland, Sweetwater, Niota, Charleston, Riceville, Dayton and the surrounding East Tennessee communities. We install Coleman heating and cooling equipment because it has held up well for our customers in this climate and the warranty support is strong. That said, we repair and maintain every major brand. If you already have a Trane, Carrier, Goodman, Rheem, Lennox or anything else, we can work on it.

Our regular service area runs from Loudon and Tellico Village in the north, through Sweetwater, Niota, Riceville and Athens, over to Dayton, Spring City and Sale Creek, and down through Charleston, Cleveland and Benton. About Shane Giles
Shane Giles got into heating and air in his early twenties in South Florida, working for a neighborhood HVAC company that took a chance on him. He and his wife Ashley moved to Southeast Tennessee to raise their family and started Giles Heating and Air in 2005. Twenty years later he is still on the truck most days.
