Coleman has built heating and cooling equipment for over 100 years. We have installed it across McMinn and Bradley counties for a long time and the failure rate has been low. Parts are stocked locally, the warranty is 10 years on parts, and their support when something does go wrong has been good. If you have a strong preference for another brand, tell us. We can usually accommodate it.

1. 01Free in-home estimate. Shane or a technician looks at the existing system, ductwork, electrical and gas, and asks how the house has been performing (hot rooms, humidity, noise, bills).
2. 02Written options. Usually two or three systems at different price and efficiency levels, with the differences explained.
3. 03Install day. Most residential replacements are done in one day. We protect floors, remove the old equipment, and haul it off.
4. 04Start-up and testing. Refrigerant charge, airflow, temperature split, safety controls, thermostat programming.
5. 05Follow-up maintenance in the first year, included.
