Do you give estimates over the phone?
Repair pricing is quoted after diagnosis on site. New system estimates are free and done in person because phone quotes are usually wrong.
Do I need to be home for the service?
For repairs, someone needs to let the technician in. For outdoor-unit-only work, we can sometimes proceed with your permission by phone.
